Dr. K.K Nohria graduated in electrical engineering from Banaras Hindu University in 1954 and pursued post-graduation and management studies at Manchester Technical College, UK and is a Fellow of Institute of Electrical Engineering UK. He was awarded an Honorary D. Litt. Degree from the Banaras Hindu University.

Chetan V Sanghvi
Vice Chairman
Chetan is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur where he completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. He received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston.
Chetan V Sanghvi has over thirty-five years of experience in start-up management, incubating R&D teams for start-ups, semi-conductor development and production, and systems development. His contribution towards success of CoreEL Technologies is incredible.
Previously, Chetan was the founder and CEO of Paxonet Communication, Inc., CA USA, a company that was sold to ConexantInc. in 2005.Paxonet was amount the first few companies in the world to have adopted 90nm silicon technology in 2001. Paxonet’s R&D team was located in Pune India and were fully responsible for the design and development of a fully functional 20 million gate optical networking IC. Chetan has also been active as an angel investor and technology advisor to a few San Francisco Bay Area companies. He has given lectures to corporate groups, on methods to increase innovativeness, planning for uncertainty, and reliability engineering. He was recently invited to give a presentation on “Design Thinking & and next generation complex systems design” at RCI-DRDO.
Vishwanath Padur
Managing Director
Mr. Padur received his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Mysore University. He is an alumnus of Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore, India.
He is responsible for the company’s vision, business strategy, sustainable revenue growth and profitability. A founding member of CoreEL, he has held various positions at CoreEL and built strong technology partnerships and customer base for the organization.
His contribution towards expanding the company’s footprint into Defence, Aerospace and Education market segments are remarkable. Groomed in CoreEL’s culture, he lays a lot of emphasis in planning, strategic marketing, modern sales techniques and client satisfaction.
Mr. Padur has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operational Management. Prior to his elevation as the Managing Director, Mr. Padur served as the President of the company where he demonstrated his leadership skills by moving the company’s focus towards development and manufacturing of profitable products and achieving operational efficiency at various levels in the organization.
M V Gowtama
Director
Mr. M V Gowtama is a Non-Executive Director of CoreEL Technologies. With over 40 years of experience in R&D, Manufacturing, and Management, Mr. Gowtama served as the Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL).
He joined BEL at its Ghaziabad Unit as a Probationary Engineer after completing his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati. He has also obtained his M.Tech in Advanced Electronics from JNTU Hyderabad.
Among the various leadership positions he has held are General Manager (Military Communications) and Executive Director (Missile Systems). He possesses deep insights into the needs of the Armed Forces and the Technology Landscape.
Suryanarayanan N
Director
Suryanarayanan (Suri) is a CA, CS, CWA and law graduate. He has a 32-year corporate career, 26 with the L&T Group, including leadership roles of the Accounts, Compliance, Information Technology, Internal Audit, Operations and Secretarial functions at their financial services group with responsibility over more than a dozen companies present in several financial services businesses. Prior to the financial services stint of around 10 years, he has held Chief Executive and CFO roles with L&T’s group companies in the tyre machinery and plastics machinery space, including an Indo German JV. He has been a SPOC with Boards for over 25 years, including brief Board stints.
He also had a 4.5 years stint with Multiples Private Equity as a compliance advisor, with oversight over their funds, asset manager, trustee and portfolio companies on this function.
Post his corporate career, he has been a senior advisor to Excellence Enablers Private Limited, a prominent entity in the corporate governance space, founded by Mr. M. Damodaran, formerly Chairman of SEBI, IDBI and UTI.
Umesh Agrawal

Umesh is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained MSc in Finance from London School of Economics.
At 360 One AMC, he is responsible for the Pre-IPO and Late-stage PE investments strategies across sectors. Currently he is managing approx. Rs 50 Bn funds invested in ~20 companies under these strategies.
In his role as Investment banker at leading organizations including Axis Capital, Ambit, he had completed 90+ transactions across equity capital markets, private equity, buy-outs, mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures working with top class Indian institutions. He has channelized billions of investments into emerging corporates from the public & private capital markets. His vision is to see domestic capital play a key role in the Indian financial market.
Umesh believes in the great India opportunity: the real possibility we have to be in the top 4-5 nations – economically, socially and politically. For the last 25 years, Umesh has participated & contributed to this opportunity in his capacity, first as an Investment Banker and now as a Fund manager.
Veteran Air Marshal Vibhas Pande PVSM, AVSM, VSM

Veteran Air Marshal Vibhas Pande PVSM, AVSM, VSM is a distinguished officer of the Indian Air Force with decades of service in aerospace maintenance and logistics. He has held several key leadership roles, including Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of Maintenance Command, driving innovation and operational readiness across IAF’s engineering support systems.
Pushkar Jauhari
Director
Mr. Pushkar Jauhari is an investment professional with over 20 years experience across various prominent organizations. He is the Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at ValueQuest Investment Advisors. In this role, he oversees the entire investment lifecycle, including deal evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and exits.
Prior to this, he served as Investment Director at Oman India Joint Investment Fund, where he led investments in key sectors and focused on asset management and value creation for portfolio companies.
His earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Khazanah Nasional and Vice President at TVS Capital Funds, where he was involved in shaping investment strategies and managing private equity and M&A investments. Pushkar’s earlier roles were in equity research at Fidelity Investments and with corporate finance & strategy practice at McKinsey & Co.
