Achievement of revenue targets; New Product Sales (NPS) from the assigned territory from the enterprise accounts
Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual targets are met.
Accurately Forecast business and activities within the territory.
Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan.
Ensure that there is a continuous focus on generating leads and opportunities pipeline at any point of time.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer satisfaction and plan new customer acquisition initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.
Develop and manage a funnel of activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
BE Mechanical with MBA in Sales/Marketing [Preferably] with min. 3 years of experience in CAD, CAE software sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of effective solution selling experience to an industry vertical such as Engineering Services, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial Equipment/Machinery etc
Demonstrated experience to balance volume and strategic sales.
Highly analytical but balanced with commercial selling ability and strong negotiation skills.
Should have experience in selling to Senior Executives and Department Heads
Self-motivated and goal driven, creative, high-energy and a strong team player.
