We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling quotations, tendering, bidding, and order acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations to customers.
2. Download the data for suitable tenders and send to Manufacturing team
3. Work with Manufacturing team to get the quote for the project
4. Assist in the tendering process, ensuring all requirements are met.
5. Participate in bidding activities, maximizing the company's chances of winning contracts.
6. Liaise with customers to ensure smooth order acceptance and processing.
7. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business opportunities.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. BBA/MBA or BE/B.Tech degree is must
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
5. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
