Quality Engineer

Job Description:

• Mandatory Experience: Prior handling of Hyderabad-based DRDO labs
• Flexible to travel
• Skills Required :Strong communication,documentation proficiency, inspection experience.
• Raw Material Inspection & Documentation
  • Perform inspections and maintain documentation for incoming raw materials.
• Project Documentation Review & Approvals
  • Coordinate and review documents such as MDI, BoM, ATP, TS, QAP, RMQAP, IPD, DB BoM, Logbook & Green Card.
  • Facilitate approvals from customers or designated agencies.
  • Timelines: Typically, project documentation takes 3–4 months with only R&QA involvement; with RCMA involvement, it extends to 6–8 months.
• Testing Support
  • Coordinate ESS testing for the M4 project at RCI labs, which are the only labs equipped with the required Telemetry and Ground Station setup.
• Physical Part Verification
  • Conduct physical verification of parts when systems are delivered from Hyderabad post-testing.
• Customer Coordination & Support
  • Provide support to customers and stakeholders including Missile Cluster (BDL/RCI/DRDL/BEL-Machilipatnam/Adani).
• Coordination with Quality Agencies
  • Liaise with various quality and regulatory agencies for approvals, letters, and memos as required.
