Mr. Nohria has served as a member of our board of directors since 1999 and is the Ex-Chairman of Crompton Greaves Ltd. He holds positions in numerous industry associations, professional bodies, educational and research institutes. Mr. Nohria also serves as Chairman of the Board for a number of Indian companies. He is currently President of ASSOCHAM and also Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. In the past he has been President of the Indian Electrical Electronics Manufacturers Association, President of the All India Management Association, President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry, President of the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, President of the Indian Society for Value Engineering.

He graduated in Electrical Engineering from Banaras Engineering College, Banaras Hindu University, India.

Chetan Sanghvi is the Managing Director of CoreEL Technologies and is actively involved in the strategy planning and the management of the company. He has over thirty years of experience in start-up management, incubating R&D teams for start-ups, semi-conductor development and production, and systems development.

He has played a pioneering role in the formation and growth of the semi-conductor design business in India. Chetan started his engineering career at Intel, where he worked as a Senior Design Engineer and project leader and was involved in the architecture specification of the 80386 and other Intel 32-bit processors. At Vedix Technology Inc, VA USA, Chetan lead a team that developed the world’s first multi-level secure LAN in 1985. In 1989 as an Executive Vice President at Arcus Technology, Inc. (initially an affiliate of VLSI Technology Inc.), he played a key role in the introduction of the ASIC design technology in India. His team was the first in India to fully define and develop a set of complex semi-conductors for the Indian telecom and consumer applications. Later, he was the founder and CEO of Paxonet Communication, Inc., a company that was sold to Conexant Inc. in 2005. At Paxonet Communication Inc., CA USA, his team was among the first in the world to introduce 0.13u based products almost completely designed by the engineers stationed in India.

Chetan has also been active as an angel investor and technology advisor to a few San Francisco Bay Area companies.

He received his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. He holds multiple patents in the areas of computer security, networking systems and semi-conductor technology.

Mr. Ramesh has served as the member of the Board since the year 2000. He provides the strategic direction and charter of accelerating the company's journey of profitable growth. In addition, he steers CoreEL's business in the domestic as well as international markets.

Previously, Mr. Ramesh was the General Manager, Technical for CG-CoreEl Logic Systems. Prior to CG-CoreEl Logic Systems, he was with Crompton Greaves Ltd. as the Deputy General Manager, Computers Networking Division responsible for driving the enterprise networking business besides managing technical and strategic partnerships. At CoreEL, he has been entrusted the leadership role to spearhead the growth of the design services business, which is a strategic growth engine for CoreEL besides his responsibility of realizing the CG-CoreEl's vision of technology leadership in Design Services globally.

Mr. Ramesh holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Andhra University and Masters degree from IIT, Kharagpur.

Vishwanath Padur is a founder member of CoreEL Technologies and is a member of the Board of Directors of CoreEL. As the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, he leads CoreEL’s efforts in sales & marketing and business development across all business verticals that include Services & Product Development, Distribution and Training.

Mr. Padur has over 18 years of experience, serving the EDA, Semiconductor and Design Services market. He joined the CoreEL group in 1996 and has been with the group since then. He has held various positions within CoreEL and has been responsible for building a strong, sales, applications and business development teams at CoreEl. Mr. Padur is responsible for strategic planning and developing a long-term business model that provides the company sustained revenue growth and profitability. In addition to setting up systems, standards, processes and enhancing the brand image of CoreEL, he is part of the core management team that ensures competency development, knowledge creation, dissemination and deployment within CoreEL.

Prior to CoreEL, Mr. Padur served as the Sales Manager at CG-CoreEl Logic Systems Ltd., where he was one of the key members of the group that was instrumental in growing the semiconductor and EDA distribution business. Prior to Logic Systems, he held Senior Sales and Technical Support positions at CMR Design Automation Pvt. Ltd., and IDM Ltd, supporting Racal-Redac, Analogy and Viewlogic products.

Mr. Padur received his Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from SJCE, Mysore University.

Mr. Murthy is the Vice President of Systems Engineering. Prior to joining CoreEL, Mr. Murthy was the Divisional Director, HW Design Group, Conexant Systems, instrumental in building a a strong Hardware Team with excellent infrastructure and test laboratory in a span of two years.

TSN Murthy has over 28 years of hands-on experience in hardware and system designs in High-speed Board designs for diverse applications and Silicon validation of more than 12 chips in the area of optical communications (Sonet/SDH, PDH, ATM/Ethernet, etc) Broadband and Data communications (DSL, wireless, xPON) and lastly in IP validation for more than 15 projects spreading across domains Ethernet over Sonet, Sonet/SDH framers / mappers, PDH framers / mappers / desynchronizes, EMAC/GMAC, ATM and POS IPs. He also engineered IP definition and development team for developing System controllers for 64 bit MIPS CPU, 40G space switch, STS1/3 framers. Further he had hands on exposure to Manufacturing Automation and Process control and Parallel computing machines based on Transputers (PARAM8000) and Intel’s i860 (PARAM8600). He has good hands on experience with Memories -DDR1, DDR2, SPI, Flash and Bus Architectures such as – MII / GMII / XGMII, DSL, USB, PCI-X, Utopia, SPI, SFI, SATA and extensively worked with CPUs such as ARM 9/10/11, PowerPC, MIPS, Intel i960/Pentium etc.

Mr. Murthy obtained his BE in Electronics & Communications Engineering from SV University, Tirupathi and PG Diploma from IISc.
